Contacts and Workload Measurement
EMHware supports direct client contact and indirect workload activity tracking. Workers can record and categorize time spent on activities with parties such as clients, family, support staff and more.

Reporting
EMHware provides full worker and client contact reporting based on multiple conditions (including date range). Contact times can be measured by worker, contact type, method, location, program activity or client.
