EMHware is a true browser-based solution built for the information age. Free of the chains and shackles of traditional desktop computers and a limited set of operating systems, EMHware is highly compatible and device friendly. It can be accessed from ANY web-capable device that has IP-based access to the Server. EMHware has been tested for use on the world's leading web browsers including Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, Apple Safari, Google Chrome and KDE Konqueror.
EMHware is designed to maximize security. Solution deployment details include SSL-secured delivery mechanisms (256 or 128-bit encryption), physical access policies (black/white-list support) and application-level role-based security. All EMHware Server instances are powered by a high-performance LINUX kernel with a fully configured network stack and IP-based security implementation including in-system firewall and adaptive access policy.
Deployment Options
Solution deployment schemes include term-based hosting or appliance options. EMHware Server instances can be scaled to new hardware as load demands with minimal downtime. EMHware's component-based deployment strategy allows scaling at independent tiers including web server, application-processing and database resources. Client access (standard IP-based network traffic) can be managed, routed and prioritized by existing enterprise quality-of-service, access rules and infrastructure.
