Clients Lists
Reports for clients can be generated using a wide range of criteria. "Complete" Client listings can be created for specific workers or by program.
Clients can also be reported based on current or historical status within the agency or a specific program. Lists can be further filtered with workers performing intake or other program events.
Sample client lists include:
- Current Waiting List: Returns a list of clients waiting for entry into programs offered by the agency. Additionally returns the count of days spent waiting.
- Historical "Admitted" Client List: Lists clients who were admitted to the agency. The results are filterable by date range parameters.
Data Quality Work Lists
Reports intended to improve data quality problems by analyzing specific areas of concern. Lists can be generated based on clients that are visible to individual workers (through Role-based security).
- Missing Data Report: Identifies data set values at minimum reporting requirements so that they can be improved.
- Suspicious Data Report: Returns client information that could be problematic. Data analysis checks for clients with similar names, addresses, and other information.
