EMHware offers comprehensive customer support. Our Support Agreement provide ongoing product and server support, including technical assistance via phone, email or web.

Support is offered by solution type:

  • Hosted support agreements include regular server maintenance and patching for performance and security. Instances are monitored continuously 24x7 for service problems and will automatically alert support staff if a problem occurs.
  • Appliance support for failed hardware includes same-business-day processing. Additionally, web-accessible appliances also include regular instance maintenance and patching services for performance and security.

Registered customers can access our Support section for assistance and community features. The Support interface includes:

  • Ability to make requests online
  • Request assistance using instant messaging
  • Ability to monitor the status of requests
  • Download additional user documentation and tutorials
