What’s fixed?

App notifications not sending

Certain agencies have flagged a mass influx of appointment notifications not sending within the last 60 days. This issue has been fixed. Notifications are being sent as appointments are created.

Case Data Reporting Link Broken

The email link at the bottom of the case data forms was broken and giving a 404 Not Found error when selected. This has been fixed.

CaseNote Print out report – not formatting correctly

CaseNote print out report included symbols/numbers/wording that were not part of the report. This has been fixed.

Resident Checkbox Report

When resident checkbox is enabled for a specific client and program, the Ministry Detailed Submission report will now capture the results for the Resident Days report. The clients with this checkbox enabled will appear in the results. Clients that have this checkbox disabled will appear in the Attendance Day report.

What’s new?

Add missing “Eating Problems” in MHQ-CY Youth questionnaire

Added a new field in the MHQCY questionnaire to include “Eating Problems” as part of Question 24. The new field is also included in the MHQCY dashboard and client report algorithms.
