Add Comments Column to Historical Client List – Discontinued from Program report
Added Comments column to the Historical Client List – Discontinued from Program report and ensured it pulls directly from the comments field when a Program History is being discontinued.



MCCSS-VAW Report Updates
The VAW Report has been updated based on the new specifications from Ontario Health. Below is a list of reports that were updated:

New Ontario Healthcare Reporting Standards (OHRS) report
New report created in EMHware that can be used to track and capture costs and activities related to services focused on group education to promote physical, emotional, and mental wellness. It includes development of coping skills and mental health and addiction education. This excludes program specifically targeted at youths.

What’s fixed?

Case Data Form Erroring in Client Portal
Previously, signatures were not being saved in the client portal under “Employee Medical Confirmation” and “Confidentially Agreement”. This has been fixed. The signatures and dates on forms are being saved and shown in EMHware files.



eReferral not displaying in client file
Fixed the issue that resulted in agencies accepting incoming e-referrals, but the referral form not being displayed in the “Referrals/Info Sharing” section on the client’s file.



 MHWT Report changed
Several agencies flagged their numbers for MHWT report changed since last quarter. This has been fixed. We have updated the date columns to ensure the appropriate timeframe and numbers populate.
