Addendums not showing in contact tab

Case Note addendums did not appear when viewing or accessing contacts and case notes from the contact tab. With this new enhancement, the case note addendums are readable on the contact screen.

Change Language of Primary Diagnosis

Title of Primary Diagnosis has been updated to “Primary Mental Health Diagnosis” to accurately reflect the nature of the field and help differentiate from the medical diagnosis section. The title has been updated for secondary diagnosis fields and titles that display on the client summary page as well.

Consent Module – Ability to revoke when Authenticated

Added the ability for the Revoked reason and date to be added to Authenticated Consents. Please note, the consent will need to be unlocked for the revoked date and reason to be removed.  

What’s fixed?

Timeout Warning Not working

Issue: When a user’s current session times out, it prompts the user to log back into the platform. The inactivity pop-up had disappeared.

Solution: Display a timeout countdown. When a countdown reaches zero, the user will be logged out. By default, the warning will appear 5 minutes before the session expires and upon expiration the user will automatically be redirected to the login page.

During the warning period, the user will be prompted to click a CTA “Yes, I am still here”, to continue the session.
