“Using EMHware. KPI’s include number of clients seen, number of contacts provided to each client, OCAN assessment to derive individual service plans – determine if the areas of needs are being met. Determine progression of individuals in recovery plan.”

“We use Ministry reporting functionality, setting targets and evaluating against them. We measure wait times, it really helps to tell a story. We also implemented a quality score card, focusing on effectiveness, timeliness etc. Most of the reports are pulled from EMHware.”
