What kind of support can I expect during implementation?
Our talented and dedicated implementation team will support your organization during your transition to EMHware. We offer data transfer services, training, and implementation services like creating case notes and configuring your agency pro-cesses within the system.
My organization offers more than one type of programming, can EMHware do it all?
We have a long history of successfully supporting multi-service organizations with many varying programs. Our suite of modules support the addictions sector, adult and child/youth mental health, justice, first nations, fee for service and more!
My last software provider didn’t understand my organizations’ services, how is EMHware different?
Our mission is help to those who help others. Over the last 15 years EMHware has worked closely with community-based mental health service providers, youth justice organizations, universities, and first nations communities. We empathize fully with you organization’s challenges and use our experience to help you provide better outcomes.
